Hardware issues (before and after delivery)
Every RunBridge unit is powered on and function-checked before it ships.
If you believe your unit has a hardware problem (for example: it won’t power on, won’t advertise, or behaves abnormally):
- Email support@runbridge.dev
- Include photos and a description of what happened
We will troubleshoot and assist on a best-effort basis.
Note: RunBridge is provided “as-is” and does not include a formal warranty. See the Terms & Conditions.
Data & privacy
RunBridge does not:
- Store your activities
- Upload data anywhere by itself
- Connect to the internet
It simply relays treadmill speed and distance to your Garmin watch over Bluetooth as a standard BLE sensor.
Your activities are recorded and managed by Garmin, according to their settings and policies.
