By purchasing, using, or accessing RunBridge, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Product Description

RunBridge is a proprietary Bluetooth protocol bridge device with closed-source firmware. It is designed to bridge data between FTMS-enabled treadmills and compatible fitness watches.

2. Warranty & Disclaimer

RunBridge is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This is a small-batch electronic device with proprietary firmware. Use is at your own risk. The seller disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Small-Batch Manufacturing

This is a small-batch electronic device, not mass-manufactured consumer electronics. Minor variations in enclosure finish or assembly may occur that do not affect functionality.

4. Compatibility

RunBridge has been tested with the Assault Runner Pro and Garmin Fenix 7. Other combinations of FTMS treadmills and watches supporting the Running Speed & Cadence (RSC) profile are likely to work but are not guaranteed. Firmware updates to improve compatibility are provided on a best-effort basis but are not guaranteed.

Buyer is responsible for confirming their treadmill supports Bluetooth FTMS and their watch supports pairing an RSC/footpod sensor.

5. Limitation of Liability & Buyer Acknowledgment

By purchasing and using RunBridge, you acknowledge:

• This is a small-batch electronic device with proprietary firmware
• You accept responsibility for verifying compatibility with your equipment
• The manufacturer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use this product
• Maximum liability is limited to refund of purchase price

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price. In no event shall the seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this product.

6. FCC Compliance

This device contains FCC ID: Z4T-XIAONRF52840 and IC: 27958-XIAONRF52840. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

RunBridge contains a certified radio module. The finished product relies on the module's certification and has been assembled in compliance with the module manufacturer's integration guidelines.

7. Refund Policy

If RunBridge does not work with your treadmill/watch combination, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds cover the product purchase price only. The device must be returned in original condition. Shipping charges (including original outbound shipping) are non-refundable. The device must be returned in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the device is adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit.

8. Intellectual Property

RunBridge firmware, design, and associated documentation are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or modification of the firmware is prohibited. The device is intended to be used as sold; damage caused by modification, misuse, or unsupported accessories may void eligibility for returns or refunds.

9. Firmware Updates

Firmware is not available for public download. Firmware updates are provided by support as needed on an individual basis to address compatibility or functionality issues. Updates are not guaranteed and are provided on a best-effort basis.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

12. Safety Notice

RunBridge provides speed and distance information only. It is not a medical device and is not intended for safety-critical use. Always use caution and follow treadmill safety guidelines when training.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
